Police Motorcycle Training Class for Civilians

FYI

http://www.msumotorcycletraining.com/

This is a serious four-and-a-half-day motorcycle training class, very much more demanding than the MSF motorcycle classes. And fairly expensive too.

So, be forewarned, ... the tuition fees are not refundable.

But, if you complete the course, you'll be amazed at the improvement in your riding skill, confidence and your ability to manage a big heavy bike!

Cheers,

Fred

P.S.
Last year, two of my motorcycle buddies, long-term experienced cross-country riders, signed up for the class, and dropped out due to their inability to meet the demanding physical requirements.
In the class that I was in, one other rider and I were the only two, out of 13 who signed up, who completed the course and passed the test at the end of the class. (Not for the faint of heart, or wallet).

Lake Huron Ride: July 26-29

MMMBBC Riders,   Anyone interested in a ride around Lake Huron this summer?  Rider's choice: crappy motorcycles per $1000 challenge, spectators on nice bikes, campground challenge riders (who can bring the best campsite on their bike, extra points for a fireplace), hardtails, comfortable cruisers, sport tourers, etcetera.   I'm planning to ride July 26 - 29 (this is open for debate, but I'm putting a marker out there to start), casual daily pace, ~250 miles per day, and hope to arrive at my hotel/campsite each day in time for a nice meal, read a book, watch a sunset, have a campfire, bar-night, or what have you.    First shot at a plan is Farmington to Tawas (293 mi), Tawas to Sault (225), Sault to Tobermory (253), Tobermory to Farmington (296).   Let me know if you're interested and I'm sure I'll mention this again as we get closer to July.   Lucky
